Woman Shot and Killed by Capitol Hill Police Officers

A woman in her 30's from Stamford, Connecticut was shot dead in Washington,. DC. on Capitol Hill. A child was also in the back in a car seat, but rescued before the gunfire. Many say the cops over-reacted, as the woman was reportedly mentally ill. Others say the cops acted in the interest of the safety of others. What do YOU say?
