Attorney Kerby Roberson: The Snake and the Crybaby
In May, 2010, I did a few interviews at the Suffolk Probate Court in Boston, Massachusetts. One man I interviewed began explaining how after he lost a case where he was defending himself from a restraining order, he noticed HIS ATTORNEY hugging his wife. You heard it right. The man saw his own attorney hugging his wife in the lobby of the courthouse. He also told me he would get another attorney, because he believed Kerby Roberson was playing two sides. After my interview with the man, I asked Kerby Roberson HIS thoughts on the accusations. He refused to answer, saying I had no right to ask questions. I aired the whole thing on youtube at www.youtube.com/quadeershakur and on March 14, 2011, Kerby Roberson filed a defamation claim against me. He also filed for a 10-day restraining order asking the judge to order me to take my video down. Needless to say, the judge refused to order a restraining order and warned Roberson that is defamation case would go nowhere. Kerby Roberson cried like
