A Maybach Music Group concert tour headlining Rick Ross was scheduled to appear Friday in Greensboro and Saturday at the Bojangles Coliseum. Rappers Wale and Meek Mill were scheduled to appear as well. The theats stem from the Gangster Disciples, who have a beef with Ross. 46-year-old George Sayers, Jr. and his daughter, 23-year-old Tiffany Hartford, both of Bethel are now behind bars accused of having an incestuous relationship, one that produced a baby. A simple DNA test proved Tiffany’s father George was also the father of her now 2-year-old. “To consider her not to be a victim, not to be a victim is totally inappropriate. She was a victim and even though her behavior is no longer what society would consider appropriate, she’s been a terrible victim,” Dr. Ralph Welsh said. Dr. Welsh does not know either the father or daughter and has never treated either one. He specializes in child abuse and says, though Tiffany Hartford is an adult at 23 he does not believe she should be facing charges. Austin, Texas police have charged a 22-year-old woman with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after she allegedly ran over her ex-boyfriend’s mother then sent a text message to her ex-boyfriend saying, “How’s Life LOL.” Elizabeth Segundo McClain was also charged with stalking after called her ex-boyfriend 750 times in one day. The arrest warrant says the stalking began in September, after McClain’s boyfriend of about three years broke up with her. The boyfriend’s mother was waiting beside a car with a flat tire in front of her home when McClain drove up. The mother called the police but McClain reversed and struck her. McClain then drove forward and ran over her right foot and right arm. The mother suffered broken bones and had the skin scraped off the right side of her body. SOURCE: KFSN

There was a bizarre kidnapping and a daring escape that happened in the South Bay. Authorities say a handyman was threatened, beaten, and forced to do repair work for several hours. It started Monday morning at a home on Caldwell Court in Morgan Hill and ended at the Chevron gas station in San Jose. San Jose police descended on the Chevron station after the handyman escaped and called 911. The clerk says officers drew their weapons as the two kidnapping suspects nervously shopped for snacks. The ordeal lasted nearly seven hours. Authorities say the handyman was lured to the home, beaten and forced to do repair work on household appliances on Monday. “Pretty much told, ‘Hey, we’re going to kill you if you don’t do what we tell you. We want you to fix these things around the house.’ Out of fear of the unknown and of what’s going to happen to him…,” said Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Sgt. Jose Cardoza. A handcuffed high school student shot himself while he was in the back of a police car on Wednesday, detectives said. Galena Park Independent School District officials said a student took a gun to North Shore Senior High School, 353 Castlegory. School district officials said a deputy constable on campus got a report that a student at the school planned to hurt himself. Officials said the student was found in a restroom and he appeared to be mentally unstable. It took two deputy constables to get the student out of the restroom and he was then taken into custody for his safety. An ambulance was called out to the school. A Harris County Precinct 3 deputy constable searched, handcuffed and placed the student in the back of a patrol car, officials said. The warden of a North Carolina prison has been suspended pending the outcome of an investigation into allegations that inmates were forced to rub hot sauce on their genitals, officials said Tuesday. Department of Public Safety spokeswoman Pamela Walker said that Sampson Correctional Institution administrator Lafayette Hall has been put on paid leave while the State Bureau of Investigation reviews what happened at the Clinton facility. A correctional officer, David P. Jones, has also been put on leave, officials said. In July, six inmates from Sampson sent a hand-written letter to the U.S. District Court in Greensboro complaining that staff had forced them to perform numerous humiliating acts for the entertainment of guards, including stripping nude and pretending to have sex. At Curtis’s sentencing yesterday for bail jumping and failure to pay child support, Circuit Court Judge Tim Boyle told the 44-year-old Racine man that his frequent breeding was to be curbed as a condition of his three-year probation term. Curtis owes about $90,000 total in back child support and interest to the mothers of his children.
