Roxbury District Court Judges REFUSES to hear proof of perjury

On August 5, 2011 a judge in Roxbury District Court in Roxbury, Massachusetts refused to hear a defendant's proof of perjury by the plaintiff in a fraudulently-obtained restraining order. The judge stopped the defendant when the defendant said: "I have an offer of proof that the plaintiff committed perjury in obtaining this restraining order and I have a motive". The judge told the defendant that another judge had already dismissed his motion to vacate the restraining order in June of 2010 and further explained that "unless you have new evidence, then that has already been handled". The defendant DID have new evidence, and offered the judge a transcript and a copy of the court recordings where the plaintiff deliberately lied to the court.
