NBA star Eddy Curry’s young son – the lone witness in the savage murder of his mother and baby sister – identified their killer by name before police arrived, his grandmother testified this week. Nova Henry, 24, and her 10-month-old daughter Ava were found dead in her Chicago apartment on January 24, 2009. They had been shot multiple times. Noah Henry, 3, who was found hiding under a blanket on a couch in the living room, had witnessed the shooting, but was not injured. Both Noah and Ava were fathered by 30 year old Curry, seen below, a former Chicago Bulls and New York Knicks star who used to date Henry. A 21-year-old mother who shook her six-month-old baby to death has caused outrage after making a Facebook appeal for donations to pay for his funeral just four days later. Brittany Arnett, from Inverness, Florida, was arrested for murder on Monday after inflicting fatal injuries on her son Hadley when he wouldn’t stop crying. Investigators said over a period of several hours she slammed Hadley’s face into a swing and shook him violently at a home in Inverness on January 27th.  After her son’s death, Brittany took to her Facebook page to ask for donations for his funeral and also spoke emotionally about losing her newborn son. She failed to mention his severe injuries, but instead wrote: “This little boy is my world, he is the reason I wake up every morning. And now that God took him to be with him my heart is broken and empty. I will never be the same. I ask myself repeatedly, “Why did this happen to me? A San Diego family filed a lawsuit Monday against Disneyland over claims of racism. In August 2012, Annelia Black and her family took a trip to Disneyland to celebrate her nephew’s birthday. Upon entering the gate, the White Rabbit — a character from “Alice and Wonderland” — greeted the family. 10News obtained a photo that was snapped of the smiling birthday boy next to the character. But moments earlier, the family said there was an odd exchange between the character and the child, who was reaching out. “He held out his hand and the rabbit just spread his hands and didn’t take his hand,” said Annelia Black. Soon after, another photo was taken of Black’s 5-year-old son, Jason, next to the rabbit. Jason said he’s smiling in the photo, but not on the inside. “I felt sad,” said Jason.
