An Indianapolis pimp pastor says Sprint invaded his privacy and caused “his head to perspire” by giving his call log transcripts to his wife, who suspected him of having an affair and confronted him with the phone records in front of their teenage daughter and church members. Carl J. Mimms III, pastor of the Freedom Tabernacle of Praise Church in Indianapolis, says he specifically told Sprint employees “to not allow anyone to have access to his account except for him,” because he thought his wife might be snooping in his account. Mimms was the only person listed under that account, according to his lawsuit in Indianapolis Federal Court. Ms. Melodie (a/k/a Romona Parker) of Boogie Down Productions fame has been confirmed dead this afternoon. Anonymous sources confirmed the tragic news to TheUrbanDaily.com , although the cause and details are still unknown. In addition to releasing 1989's Diva on Jive/Zomba Records, Melodie, a Brooklyn, New York native, appeared on "Self Destruction" from the Stop The Violence Movement. She also appeared on Queen Latifah's hit "Ladies First." A longtime affiliate of B.D.P., Melodie was also the first wife of the group's front-man, KRS-One. Halle Berry An on-set injury sent Halle Berry to the hospital last night. The actress was on the set of The Hive, a thriller starring Abigail Breslin and Jennifer Hudson’s fiance David Otunga, when she suffered an injury Tuesday night around 10 p.m. in Los Angeles. She “hit her head on the concrete after taking a nasty fall.” Others are reporting that she “fell or was hit by a falling object, according to different sources on the set.” 45 year old Berry, was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center by ambulance, according to X17. UPDATE: 8:00AM ET Berry’s rep tells BMS- that the actress is fine. “Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive. (ThreeStripesMedia) A small bridge that sits just outside the American Legion Veteran's Post on American Legion Highway between Dorchester and Roslindale, Massachusetts was dedicated on Tuesday, July 17th to the Tuskegee Airmen. On hand at the unveiling of the bridge's new bronze plaque encased in a stone wall on the bridge were Boston Mayor Thomas Menino, State Representative Gloria Fox, State Senator Sonia Chang-Diaz, City Councilors Ayanna Presley, Felix Arroyo and Charles Yancey, and Boston NAACP President Michael Curry. The ceremony was attended by surviving members of the Tuskegee Airmen and hundreds of community supporters. (CNN) -- A woman has accused George Zimmerman, the man charged in the fatal shooting of Florida teenager Trayvon Martin, of having sexually abused her for about a decade, beginning when she was 6 years old and he was 8.
