State Senator and Governor feeds Homeless at Boston Rescue Mission

State Senator Sonia Chang-Diaz and Governor Deval Patrick served Thanksgiving baskets to the less fortunate on Sunday, November 20, 2011. The Senator and Governor also served meals to clients and residents of the Boston Rescue Mission's Kingston House. Quadeer Shakur interviewed the state leaders about their involvement with the Boston Rescue Mission's Thanksgiving Day of Celebration. The annual event included a hot meal consisting of Mashed Potatoes, Turkey & Gravy, Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Squash and Salad. The Boston Rescue Mission welcomes donations and volunteers. Also known as "The Kingston House", the Boston Rescue Mission is a place for those who need help getting back on their feet. Peace and Love.
