Roxbury District Court Judges REFUSES to hear proof of perjury
On August 5, 2011 a judge in Roxbury District Court in Roxbury, Massachusetts refused to hear a defendant's proof of perjury by the plaintiff in a fraudulently-obtained restraining order. The judge stopped the defendant when the defendant said: "I have an offer of proof that the plaintiff committed perjury in obtaining this restraining order and I have a motive". The judge told the defendant that another judge had already dismissed his motion to vacate the restraining order in June of 2010 and further explained that "unless you have new evidence, then that has already been handled". The defendant DID have new evidence, and offered the judge a transcript and a copy of the court recordings where the plaintiff deliberately lied to the court.
The lie in question is as follows:
COURT: "Is there anything pending in probate court right now?"
LIAR/PLAINTIFF: "No, nothing is"
COURT: "Nothing at all?"
LIAR/PLAINTIFF: "Nothing. Everything is dismissed"
The plaintiff lied on the stand to the judge in her secret "ex parte" hearing for a restraining order brought on January 25, 2010. What makes this case even more bizarre is that the same plaintiff, just minutes before seeing the judge, checked off the box that said: "Are there any cases pending in any other court concerning custody of the children?"
Either the plaintiff is confused or the plaintiff is lying. The judge and the plaintiff BOTH know the plaintiff is lying, and the judge refused to say a word once the defendant PROVED the plaintiff perjured herself in court.. The defendant promised the judge that we would seek help in a bigger court if the court did not do something about the perjury committed by the plaintiff. After the defendant successfully attacked every lie the plaintiff told on her affidavit and testimony for the Restraining Order, the judge STILL extended it another 2 years. What do YOU say? Has the defendant been wronged? Does Roxbury District Court have a history of playing the system against men and black men in particular? Was the judge wrong in NOT addressing the issue of the perjury and NOT allowing the evidence?
