INSANE OR CRIMINAL? Which are you?

Why are black people afraid to admit to the MANY mental health issues that plague us? As if we just LOVE robbin', stealing, murdering, selling our bodies and destroying our children. If the courts and the system doesn't see these trends as MENTAL ISSUES... all of these INSANE and MENTALLY-CHALLENGED people will continue to be arrested, charged, treated as and convicted as CRIMINALS. It is INHUMANE and UNCONSTITUTIONAL
