How To Make Money With Google Adsense Ads

If you’re new to website building, or blogging, you’re probably asking: "How can I generate an income with google? CAN I make money off Google Ads?  The answer is YES!

Build a site or blog, and make sure you have a target audience who checks out your site or blog - at least a few hundred to a few thousand; something considerable enough to generate traffic to your site. This is not a get-rich-quick scheme like so many people in America seem to want to get into, and like so many Americans are TRICKED into trying. Advertising pays, and this takes real work and effort. IF u are serious.

Get a good topic: History? Baseball? Music? Build a website or blog with about 150 pages on your favorite subject, or various subjects and  make sure it’s something you are interested in talking about an actually want to talk about. Otherwise, your audience is not going to be interested, either. I said 150 pages, and I know that’s a l. but do at least 100 pages to show u mean business. After all, u do want the traffic to come back, right?

Now this is how traffic works: depending on your content and subject… if a person goes to Google and looks up: famous music duets, and you happened to create a page on your site or blog called… famous music duets… the search engines will send traffic to you… or the top 10, or top 100 sites that also posted famous music duets. Be as detailed as possible and as relevant as possible with your info, and keep in mind who your audience is. Don’t wanna write about rugs matching drapes in a site about home repair. Probably not a good fit. LOL

Now once you have the content and someone searches the info and finds your site, they’ll notice Google ads on your page related to the topic you’re talking about. So let’s say you wrote about the scariest roller coaster ever… and someone went to your pages, read your article then decided to click the ad that says “FREE ROLLER-COASTER COUPON TO WALLY WORLD”. That ONE click could earn you anywhere from ten cents to ten MILLION DOLLARS! Just kidding. I told you this wasn’t a get rich quick scheme. But that one click could actually earn you 10 cents to about $1.50. Did you just say woopdie doo? Um… if one THOUSAND people clicked the ad, THEN what? Thought so. See how that works?

To sum it all up, you’re helping Google to advertise for these companies and Google pays you a commission for sending traffic to the advertiser’s site. Now, this may sound easy and you think you can jump up here and make a site and get a big check in the mail every month, but it’s really about generating real traffic to your site, and real clicks to the advertisers site once you get it going. Your 10-15 friends a day will not cut it. So think before you get into this. Again, it’s not a get rich quick scheme.Happy Adsense-ing!

Run-D.M.C. Producer Larry Smith Dead at 63

Larry Smith, producer of some of the most cherished hip-hop records of the Eighties, including Run-D.M.C. 's first two albums, died Thursday at the age of 63. Radio host Combat Jack broke the news on Twitter , writing: "Just spoke to his family. RIP Larry Smith, the original King of Beats who passed away last night." A Queens native, Smith began his career as a session musician and quickly struck up a partnership with Kurtis Blow after playing bass on "Christmas Rappin'."  Smith would continue to play on a number of Blow's tracks, co-writing a few as well, including the MC's breakthrough record, "The Breaks,"  which became the first rap record to be certified gold. Smith then began working with Blow's manager at the time, Russell Simmons.
