Katherine Jackson has finally come out of hiding and speaking just HOURS
after she lost custody of Michael Jackson’s 3 kids. Judge Beckloff
handed over guardianship to TJ, Tito’s 34 year old son.
Katherine Jackson, who was at least temporarily stripped of custody
of Michael Jackson’s three children earlier today, tells ABC News that
she’s “devastated” about the ruling and plans to return home to
California.
Grandson T.J. Jackson, Tito’s son, who has been caring for Prince, Paris and Blanket Jackson since some of Katherine’s children took her to Arizona for rest, won custody of the kids WEDNESDAY, and told the judge that Katherine “wasn’t sharp” when he spoke to her early this morning.
TJ’s lawyer said TJ had a strange phone call with Katherine yesterday and TJ said, “I’ve never heard my grandmother talk like that.” TJ added, “She wasn’t sharp. The pauses, choice of vocabulary … she has not used certain phrases like that before.” TJ thought she was talking in code. As TJ addressed the court, he was choking up.
But Katherine, 82, tells ABC that she is “good and fine,” and that she hasn’t been “kidnapped”: “My children would never do anything to me like that … I am devastated that while I’ve been away, my grandchildren have been taken away from me, and I’m coming home.”

guardianship of Paris Michael, Prince Michael and Prince Michael II,
Michael Jackson’s children, to her grandson, TJ Jackson, was “based on a bunch of lies.” TJ Jackson is the son of Tito Jackson, Michael Jackson’s brother.
She said her stay in Arizona at the Miraval Resort & Spa was a “short vacation and rest.”
As for not calling her grandchildren for days, Katherine Jackson said, “One reason I didn’t call is I just gave up my
phone and I didn’t want to have any phone calls while I was here.”
Beckloff said this was not a power play by TJ and ordered the Michael Jackson Estate to give TJ the funds necessary to take care of security and anything else that’s needed for the children.
Before Beckloff appointed TJ, the lawyer for MJ’s kids said the kids all support TJ getting temporary guardianship. The lawyer for the MJ Estate just said the executors are very concerned for the kids and Katherine.
The judge said Katherine was not suspended for wrongdoing, but that
she was prevented from doing her guardianship duties by “intentional act
from third parties.” In other words, the judge smells a rat in the
form of Randy, Jermaine and Janet.
Katherine had been staying in Arizona for the past 10 days after she was allegedly kidnapped by Randy and several other Jackson siblings in what appears to be a scheme to pressure Katherine to try and overthrow the executors of the Michael Jackson estate.
This all happens just days after this VIDEO
showed Janet and Paris fighting in the driveway of Katherine’s home!
However, Paris took to Twitter recently to apologize after fans ripped
her for disrespecting her fam.
Randy appeared on “Good Morning America” and announced his mother was finally coming home just one day after Tito BAILED on the plot.

In some cases, filing a temporary guardianship application is an emergency move. Filing for permanent guardianship can take a while so the temporary filing establishes guardianship during the emergency.
Becoming a temporary guardian is not an easy task or something to be taken lightly. T.J. will NOW have a lot of responsibility caring for three children. As a dad with kids of his own, he should know what he’s getting himself into.
