Add former NFL player Jamal Lewis to the list of jail and baby momma drama.
The 32 year old ex-player spent a few hours being bars in Atlanta for not paying child support.
Lewis is accused of failing to pay child support, according to his arrest warrant.
He was charged with child abandonment, a misdemeanor, and booked into the jail shortly before 11 p.m. Tuesday, according to the AJC. He was released shortly after midnight Wednesday.
Lewis allegedly has had no contact with his son for more than a year, the arrest warrant states.
You may recall we toldya that he claimed bankruptcy about 4 months ago with about $14.5 million in assets and $10.6 million in debts.
Lewis, who turns 33 later this month, retired from the NFL in 2009 after nine seasons in the league.
He played for the Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns. He was a standout Douglass High School in Atlanta and played college football at the University of Tennessee.
