TYLER PERRY STUDIOS GO UP IN FLAMES… AGAIN!
Now we know construction materials on top of a building in the complex went up in flames. No injuries were reported. This marks the second time in recent months that a fire was reported at the movie studios.
You may remember back in May a four alarm fire damaged the huge Tyler Perry studio complex in southwest Atlanta. It took over 100 firefighters and 20 trucks slightly over one hour to put out the blaze that started around 8:40 p.m., according to Atlanta fire officials. Several eyewitnesses said they heard explosions and could see the fire from afar. Some said that they thought it was a part of a film production until they saw the fire trucks move in.
The studios hosted a fundraiser for President Barack Obama back in March. The financial cost of the damage is still undetermined. The cause of the fire remains under investigation but some witness say it was a hate crime.
Glad no one was hurt…
