“SHE’S BLEEDING!” LOVE & HIP HOP STAR SLICES FACE OF CAST MEMBER

The internet is blowing up with rumors there was a bloody fight on the set of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta last night. Apparently one of the cast members face was sliced during the drama!

Insiders say Erica and Shay “Buckeey” Johnson were invited to the launch of Karli Redd’s new line of hair weave. Things got nasty when the two women spotted each other. You may know, these two are both competing for rapper Scrappy.


“They ran towards each other and started fighting. Shay was winning then Erica pulled something out and hit Shay in the face.” Witnesses are saying Erica sliced Shay’s face with a damn razor blade.

We’re told Shay’s face immediately opened up and blood was everywhere. “It was like a horror movie.” Shay was rushed to the hospital but we’re told her injuries aren’t life threatening.
 

We're is still waiting to hear if cops were called to the scene. Insiders say LHH producers were quickly working to clear things up, even going as far as demanding folks delete pics and video of the bloody incident.

Run-D.M.C. Producer Larry Smith Dead at 63

Larry Smith, producer of some of the most cherished hip-hop records of the Eighties, including Run-D.M.C. 's first two albums, died Thursday at the age of 63. Radio host Combat Jack broke the news on Twitter , writing: "Just spoke to his family. RIP Larry Smith, the original King of Beats who passed away last night." A Queens native, Smith began his career as a session musician and quickly struck up a partnership with Kurtis Blow after playing bass on "Christmas Rappin'."  Smith would continue to play on a number of Blow's tracks, co-writing a few as well, including the MC's breakthrough record, "The Breaks,"  which became the first rap record to be certified gold. Smith then began working with Blow's manager at the time, Russell Simmons. The two co-produced a handful of tracks for Jimmy Spicer – including the oft-sampled "Money (Dollar Bill Y'All)"  – before helping make hip-hop history with Run-D.M.C.'s
