Arizona Teacher Fired for Breaking up Racist Bullying of 4th Grader

Image
25 year veteran Elementary Teacher Pam Aister was fired this week by the Fountain Hills Arizona School District after breaking up an incident of Racial Bullying by Four Students against one other. “He was called the n-word, ‘monkey’, and ‘coon,’ Aister told KNXV.   Ainster told KTAR-FM that she also said to the group, “If you’re picking on him, you’re picking on me. It’s not five against one, it’s five against two, and there will be no more taunting, teasing or racial names.” But parents of the alleged offenders claim that Ainster used abusive language telling them to "shut up" and that one had an "ugly face", an allegation that Ainster denies.  In the end the School Board, following the recommendation of their attorney, voted to terminate Ainster on the basis of reports from the parents. Isn't it an interesting world, assuming Ainster's claims are essentially true and even that the counter claims against her are valid, where a pack of b...

Dunn testified that he thought his life was in danger. Davis was from Marietta, Georgia. Dunn was convicted previously of three counts of attempted second-degree murder in February and already faces at least 60 years in prison. The jury in the first trial deadlocked on the first-degree murder count, which led prosecutors to retry him in this case. JACKSONVILLE, Fla. Air Force says ‘so help me God’ is optional for enlistment oath

Image
Mar. 21, 2006: U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney leads the reading of an oath with participants in a re-enlistment ceremony for U.S. Air Force Personnel during his visit to Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. The Air Force says airmen will now be allowed to omit the words “so help me God” from its enlistment oath – marking a change in policy that is being affirmed by both atheist and religious liberty groups. The decision comes after an airman at Creech Air Force Base in Nevada struck out the words on his Department of Defense reenlistment paperwork and ran up against a policy that prohibits omissions. The case went up to the Department of Defense General Counsel, which issued an opinion Wednesday saying the language could be left out if the airman preferred. “We take any instance in which Airmen report concerns regarding religious freedom seriously,” Secretary of the Air Force Deborah Lee James said in a statement. “We are making the appropriate adjustments to...

Junior Rodigan is the creator of this original event, and has promoted it in 2011 and 2012.
