There's a rap song about the iconic heiress and Hollywood socialite  Paris Hilton  and it crept up out of nowhere, literally. Written and performed by  MC Spice The Legend , the song  Paris Hilton  takes the listener into the world of Hollywood where the rapper shows up for a party at a nightclub and Paris Hilton is the DJ. The catchy chorus "living my best life in Hollywood and Paris Hilton is my deejay", caught the ears of  Ice T  manager and  Art Of Rap  tour co-founder  Mickey Bentson , who signed MC Spice to his  PayUp Records  label. Natashza Charon was ordered held for 45 days at a Tuesday hearing in District Court, Providence. Bail was also set Tuesday at $50,000 with surety on the new charge of manslaughter, spokeswoman Amy Kempe said. Charon was charged on May 15 with manslaughter after the stabbing death two days earlier of Jaheim Carter, 15, of Providence. When Charon was arrested, the police said that she and her boyfriend, whom they did not identify because he is a minor, had been walking on a Saturday afternoon near the intersection of Amherst and Julian Streets. Rhode Island is the first in the country to develop such statewide guidelines, state Health Director Nicole Alexander-Scott said. The Rhode Island Department of Health's new standards follow  passage last spring  of a state law -- The Alexander Perry and Brandon Goldner Act -- designed to improve treatment for people with substance abuse disorders following the overdose deaths of the sons of two prominent Rhode Islanders. The law was passed after the opioid overdose deaths of the son of Hasbro CEO Brian Goldner and his wife, Barbara Goldner, and the son of former Sen. Rhoda Perry. A police arrest report says that Andre Brown, 26, is being held without bond for raping and impregnating a 13-year-old girl during a funeral service held at a church. Brown is said to have committed the act on April 30, 2016, but the girl failed to raise the alarm over fears of being blamed for the incident, reads the  report . According to the girl, who was familiar with her attacker, Brown grabbed her by the hand and led her to a church women’s restroom, locked the door behind them and committed the evil act. Speaking with Palm Beach County sheriff’s detectives, the girl said Brown took her to a stall for handicapped users, where he raped her. In July, an unidentified person took the victim to a hospital over concerns that “she was not acting right.” The following day, a doctor discovered that the young girl was pregnant. The commentary from  bioethicist Jonathan Kimmelman of McGill University in Montreal and co-author Carole Federico, a McGill Ph.D. student, is published in the latest edition of the journal Nature. In January 2016, an early-stage  clinical trial of a painkiller   in France went horribly wrong , leaving one previously healthy volunteer dead and sending five other volunteers to the hospital.
